Description
A low carbon 19/10 stainless steel electrode with controlled ferrite content of 3% to 7% for Maximum resistance to cracking, corrosion and high temperatures up to 800°C. The weld Metal excellent creep strength and is of radiographic quality.The electrode operates either on alternating current or direct current reverse polarity. Excellent for arc stability and low spatter loss. All sizes strike and restrike easily. The slag is Easily controlled and does not interfere with the arc action. Weld beads are smooth, uniform and of excellent appearance. The electrode can be used in any position without difficulty.

Description
A medium heavy coasted, rutile types all positions. Electrode giving 25/12 deposit which has excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance in continuous service up to 1100°C. Gives a smooth and stable arc. low spatter, bright weld bead and easily detachable slag. Welds are radiographically sound Typical Applications: Welding AISI 309 type, straight chromes steels, joining stainless steel to lower allow steels and carbon steels, welding the clad side of 18/8 stainless steels. Building up mild steel to improve wear resistance and for building up parts of wear resisting steels.

Description
A low carbon 18/13 Mo stabilized stainless-steel rutile type, electrode with controlled ferrite content of 4 to 8% for Maximum resistance to cracking, corrosion and high temperature up to 850°C. Molybdenum prevents harmful carbide precipitation. The weld metal has excellent creep strength and is of radiographic quality. The electrode has excellent arc stability and low spatter loss. All sizes strike and restrike easily. The slag is easily controlled and does not interfere with the arc. Weld beads are smooth, uniform and of excellent appearance. The electrode can be manipulated easily in all welding positions The 18/13 Mo deposit has increased resistance to sulphuric sulphureous, hydrochloric, acetic, phosphoric, citric, tartaric acids etc. and can efficiently handle sulphatic pulp liquor in paper and pulp mill equipment, bleaching solutions and coal or oil smoke. Dairy equipment pharma plants. Typical Applications: 18/13 Mo steels such as AISI 316 and 317 types, tanks, coils and vats used in the pulp, paper and textile industries, chemical mixers, paints and dye industries.
